Remy qualifies seventh in Argentina

Remy Gardner will start the Moto2 race in tomorrow’s Argentine GP from seventh position of the grid.

With dry track conditions, Gardner has shown again during all weekend that he has got a good rhythm at the International Circuit of Termas de Rio Hondo. The Australian has qualified straight to the Q2 with a best lap time of 1’42.969 which has placed him in the seventh position of the Moto2 grid at only 0.243 of the pole position.

The weather conditions are expected to change for Sunday, after all practises being disputed in dry conditions, it may rain on race day. The Moto2 race starts at 13:20 (local time).

Qualifying was a little bit difficult. I wasn’t feeling so good with the front tyre also the rear grip was not so good and we didn’t get the feelings we had in the morning. We need to review what happened but I am still very confident for the race tomorrow!
