Remy happy with progress as Jerez testing concludes

The riders of the ONEXOX TKKR SAG TEAM, Remy Gardner and teammate Tetsuta Nagashima, have completed three days of official testing at the Circuito de Jerez- Ángel Nieto finalizing 9th and 22th respectively in the overall standings.

After their private test at the Circuito de Almería, the riders of the ONEXOX TKKR SAG TEAM, joined the rest of the Moto2 teams for the oficial Moto2 test organized by IRTA.

Remy Gardner finished the test at the Andalusian track with the 9th best time which is 1:41.378, only 0.396 from the fastest rider. The Australian started the test with a very good pace and the job done during these three testing days has allowed him to make his best time in the morning of the last day of testing.

Next time both Gardner and Nagashima get to ride their bikes will be on 1,,2 and 3 of March at the Losail Circuit of Qatar. These three days of testing will be the last ones before the season starts the following week at the same circuit.

“The test was very good, I am very happy with the bike. We have made some improvements, the team has worked really well and we have managed to improve our lap time from last year. We feel strong and happy with the Kalex. I can’t wait for the next test in Qatar, it will be interesting to see how riders adapt to another circuit and see the true results.
