Remy ready for Brno race fightback after difficult Qualifying

After a complicated qualifying session for both Remy Gardner and teammate Kasma Daniel at the Grand Prix of the Czech Republic, the riders of the ONEXOX TKKR SAG TEAM will start from the eighth and tenth rows of the Moto2 starting grid.

Remy was on track completing the Q1 when he has suffered a crash on the first corner with seven minutes remaining to finish the session. Unfortunately, he didn’t have time to make a good lap and get a good position for tomorrow’s starting grid. The Australian will start from the tenth row of the grid after achieving the twenty second best lap time of the Moto2 qualifying session with a best lap time of 2’02.421

The Moto2 race of the Grand Prix Monster Energy of the Czech Republic will take place tomorrow at 12:20h (local time) at the Autodrom of Brno.

Friday free sessions went really well so we were very optimistic for today. We have started the day with higher track temperature so yesterday’s settings were not good for today’s. We didn’t manage to qualify straight to Q2 so we were completing the Q1 when we crashed after touching some bumps. The goal for tomorrow is to make a good start, maintain the rhythm as we know we are very strong on the second half of the races.
