Remy Gardner lines up fourth on the Silverstone grid

Remy Gardner will start from the fourth position of the Moto2 grid while Tetsuta Nagashima will do so from the seventh position in Silvertone.

Gardner achieved a best lap time of 2’04.703 that has placed him in fourth position of the Moto2 grid of the British Grand Prix at only 0.329 off the pole position. The Australian has shown a very good rhythm during all weekend so he has high hopes for tomorrow’s race.

“It has been a very difficult qualifying session because I thought we had the rhythm to be on first row but we have finished fourth so we are on the second row. Anyways, I am still happy with this position. I think my race pace is really good so I hope I can have fun and achieve a good result.”
